Vier Linden provides care for children and youth across five locations in the Heidekreis region. Staff work day shifts, on-call nights, and standby shifts - with bonuses ranging from 25% to 150% depending on the time of day and holidays. All time tracking was done using spreadsheets and paper slips. Bonuses were calculated by hand, compliance with labor law checked manually.
We built LindenTakt - a web app that staff use on their phones. One click to clock in, automatic bonus calculation, real-time compliance checking. Payroll gets a ready-made export instead of handwritten notes.
