That depends on the scope - quoting a flat number would not be honest. For clearly defined projects and MVPs we work with fixed prices: you know what you pay before we start. For larger efforts we bill by time, but transparently: you can always see who is working on what and how much budget has been used. In the free initial meeting you get an honest estimate for your specific project - no hidden items and no surprises at the end.

That depends on your project and our current workload. After the initial meeting you receive a proposal with a clear scope, timeline, and cost - and we stick to it. Smaller automations can often be implemented at short notice; larger projects are planned together with you. If you have an urgent problem, for example an existing system that has failed, it is best to call us directly - then we will see what can be done quickly.

That's exactly what we do regularly. Access databases, Excel macros, 15-year-old custom systems - we migrate your data and processes to a modern platform. Your business keeps running normally while we work: we build the new system in parallel, transfer the data, and only switch over once everything has been tested. Your employees are trained before the old system is shut down. That way you avoid downtime and the risk of losing important knowledge buried in the old solution.

Not always. Sometimes a standard solution with the right connections between systems is enough - that's cheaper and faster. Custom software pays off when your workflows don't fit into standard programs, when you handle many steps manually, or when several isolated tools don't talk to each other. In the initial meeting we'll tell you honestly whether custom development makes financial sense for you. If a ready-made solution fits better, we'll recommend it - even though we earn nothing from that.

The same applies to AI projects: we rely on solutions that work without US cloud services when your data requires it. We document which data flows where, so you can answer questions from customers and authorities at any time.
